Welcome to Snugglepaw. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Snugglepaw. These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases from our store.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced here. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products.

2. Eligibility and Website Use

To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious software, or attempt to access our systems or other customers’ information without authorization.

3. Products and Descriptions

We aim to display accurate product descriptions, images, colors, and dimensions. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Please review the product description and measurements before ordering to ensure the item is suitable for your pet. Products must be used according to any instructions provided.

These statements do not affect your right to receive products that match their description and are fit for their intended purpose.

4. Prices and Payments

The applicable currency, product prices, discounts, and charges collected by us are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes will not alter the price of an order we have already accepted.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please review your order details and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.

If we cannot fulfill your order because of unavailable stock, a payment issue, suspected fraud, or a significant listing error, we will contact you. If the order is canceled, any payment collected for the canceled items will be refunded.

We will not substitute products or increase an agreed price without your consent.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping worldwide.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 4–8 business days, depending on your location.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. These estimates do not override an expressly agreed delivery deadline or your statutory rights.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact infosnugglepaw@use.startmail.com so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution. Using a third-party carrier does not remove our responsibilities to you under applicable law.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

To request a change or cancellation, email infosnugglepaw@use.startmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

We will try to accommodate your request before dispatch. If your order has already shipped, you may need to follow our return process. This does not affect any statutory right to cancel your purchase.

8. Returns and Refunds

We offer a voluntary 30-day return period from delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

For change-of-mind returns under this voluntary policy, products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Packs and bundles are eligible for returns; all included items must be returned for a full pack or bundle refund.

Customers cover return shipping costs when returning an item because they changed their mind or did not like it. We cover the necessary return shipping costs when an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return instructions and the return address are provided by email. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days using the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take up to 15 days after processing to display the funds. These estimates do not extend any legally required refund deadlines.

9. Promotions and Bundles

Promotions, discounts, and bundle offers are subject to the conditions displayed when you purchase. Any eligibility requirements or restrictions will be stated with the offer.

For an approved return, the refund reflects the amount actually paid for the returned purchase, including any applicable discount.

Content owned by or licensed to Snugglepaw, including our branding, original text, and designs, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use our website for personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.
